충신교회가 섬기는 선교사 및 선교기관

우리교회는 예수 그리스도의 가르침과 명령을 따라서

세계와 뉴욕 지역에 영혼을 위해

하나님이 기뻐하시는 복음 전파를 위해

아래와 같이 사역하고 있습니다.

 

  • 주간 사역: 매주 목요일 노방전도부서에서 플러싱 지역 노방 전도를 합니다.

(목요일 오전 10:30분, 본당에서 경건회 후에 출발합니다.)

 

  • 년중사역

1) 올해 우리는 선교사님들에게 가장 큰 힘이 되는 기도로 함께 선교합니다.

2) 올해 우리는 우리교회가 섬겨왔던 북미원주민 연합 선교와 메인주의 원주민들을 위하여 단기선교 및 기도로 선교합니다.

3) 올해 우리는 하나님의 풍성한 은혜 가운데 주신 물질의 축복 가운데서, 하나님의 것을 구별하여 헌금과 선교헌금을 정성껏 드림으로 선교합니다.

4) 올해 매월 첫주는 우리교회가 섬기는 선교사님들과 선교기관 그리고 열방의 복음화를 위해 온 성도가 한 주간 기도로 선교합니다.

5) 올해 기도로 선교하는 삶을 온 가족이 함께 가정에서 실천하며 선교합니다.

6) 올해 우리 교회에 보내주시는 모든 선교사님들을 최선을 다해 위로하고, 격려하며, 섬김으로 선교합니다.

7) 올해 우리는 우리의 삶의 선교의 현장에서 선교사로 헌신하고 희생으로 선교하며 삽니다.

2024 Choongsyn Dream Mission

  1. Supporting Missionaries & Mission institutions

Missionaries:

  • Seong Hwa Kim – Affiliated with C&MA, serves in Dominican Republic

Ministries:

    • Supporting local seminaries to provide theological education to aspiring pastors.
    • Planting and ministering over local churches.
    • Providing children and youth ministries.
  • Dong Phil Seo – Affiliated with GMS, serves in Philippines.

Ministries:

    • Offering seminary education
    • Teaching Korean language
    • Providing mercy ministries for the community.
    • Currently in the middle of constructing a church building in a town called Abuyod as headquarter for the mission
  • Dong Yeol Lee – Affiliated with GAP, serves in Haiti

Ministries:

    • Offering seminary education
    • Offering public-school education
    • Offering medical ministry for the communities
  • Sung Chul Lee – Affiliated with SEED USA, serves in Indonesia.

Ministries:

    • Working together with local churches and supporting them through discipleship programs
    • Offering leadership program to the natives for them to evangelize the unreached group
    • Planting local churches

Local Mission Institutions

Ministries:

    • Focusing on gospel mission to physically challenged people group
    • Helping and encouraging challenged Christians to gain confidence in God as His precious children.
  • Asian Youth Center of NY

Ministries:

    • Focusing on serving teenagers in New York city through gospel mission
    • Working with local middle and high school to do outreach programs for the teenagers
    • Proving Youth revivals, mentorship programs, seminars for crime prevention, job fairs, and ministries through media
  • Westminster Theological Seminary (Philadelphia, PA)

Ministries:

    • Westminster Theological Seminary is a reformed theological seminary that has produced many Korean pastors. It is a theological seminary that trains and nurtures pastors while maintaining God-centered and Scripture-centered Reformed faith and theology.
  1. Ways to mission this year.
  • We participate mission through praying for our missionaries.
  • We participate North American Native Mission through short term missions and prayers.
  • We support missions through special and missional offerings.
  • First week of each month is prayer week for us to pray for the missionaries and mission institutions.
  • Each Choongsyn’s family is committed to live missional life in their daily lives.
  • Choongsyn church is fully committed to mission by supporting and serving each missionary.
  • Having the heart of missionary, we must consider where we are as mission field that we can devote ourselves to do gospel mission.
